Summary: Overall our stay was very good. Hotel staff were friendly, hotel premises were clean and well maintained. Room was clean and accommodating. I gave a bad back and I found the mattress to be a little too soft. Not sure if it was worn or if it was just the standard hotel firmness.

Summary: I stood at the desk for a little bit before the 2 ladies there even acknowledged that I was in front of them. I had to speak before they looked up and the lady that checked me in acted like she didn’t really want to be there and I was bothering her for just being there. The smell in the hotel was like a chemical sewage smell. Not pleasant at all. The room had chipped furniture. The tv had showed a blue picture and never cleared up. The bed was uncomfortable. The light in the bathroom flickered on eerily. There were handprints on the back of the bathroom door and dirt on the wall. The only thing that I can say was very good was the breakfast and the breakfast staff. They were very pleasant and greeted us with enthusiasm. We only stayed for one night. That was definitely enough for me.

Summary: The room was really nice, upon arrival, my card was already charged however, there was an extra $25 fee supposedly for room security deposit. Then the breakfast area was very nice with the food nicely displayed, however, after sitting down for breakfast, we were given a bill for $10.99 per person. This information was not posted anywhere in the dining area. We have recently stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Idaho and breakfast was included in our stay. At least there should have been a sign posted with the cost of breakfast so we would have known beforehand.
